Cadillac CTS-V from Hennessey will produce 1000 horsepower according John Hennessey. The Texas based tuner is said to replace current supercharger with twin turbo. Other upgrade for the 6.2 Liter V8 will be a new forged pistons, custom crankshaft, new air intake, better fueling system to support the twin turbo and also a new exhaust system.
Only 24 units will be developed for 2016 and the order is now open. Other than 1000 horsepower CTS-V, there is an option for lesser horsepower which retain its current supercharger unit and able to produce 800 horsepower. The new CTS-V will be the fastest four door sedan when it will delivered to the customer later in 2016.
