Lamborghini Jalpa is a limited production car which manufactured between 1981 to 1988. Only 410 examples were ever produced. So this supercar can be considered a rare species. The Jalpa name came from a famous breed of fighting bulls. On stock mode, this Lamborghini Jalpa is producing around 255 hp from the 3.5 L V8 engine.
For Nick, the amount of horsepower produced by the stock engine is not enough. So, he swaps his 1988 Lamborghini Jalpa engine with a new LS1 engine sourced from General Motor. The new engine received twin turbocharger system from Ford XR6, and it is now producing about 690 hp. With a massive power from the new driving force, Nick needs a custom gearbox to deliver the power to rear axle made for Toyota Camry. Initial D Racing did all tuning work.
